Questions and Answers

What is Rock the Nest “Trivia Night”?
Rock the Nest “Trivia Night” is an interactive trivia contest played in teams of eight. Teams will take part in six rounds of ten questions each, with fun categories ranging from movies to history and everything in between, including Central High School Trivia. There will be something for everyone. Each team will have the opportunity to be joined by a celebrity guest to help answer the questions. Celebrities will include: Doc Moller along with some of your FAVORITE past CHS teachers. The fun doesn’t stop there, however. There will be plenty of chances to win prizes, through a silent auction or trivia winnings, and dinner will be provided.

How do I sign up?
Anyone is eligible to sign up to participate, from businesses to groups of family, friends, classmates and neighbors. Individual tickets are $50 each or $400 for a table of eight. Current CHS students can register for $25. Checks should be made out to the Central High School Foundation.

Why should I attend?
Rock the Nest “Trivia Night” is an opportunity to support Central High School while having a great time with friends and family. Fifty percent of your payment is tax deductible.

I don’t like Trivial Pursuit. Why should I come to Rock the Nest “Trivia Night”?
We probably don’t have enough room here to cover all of it, but the first reason is…it will be FUN! It’s a great chance to win prizes, eat and drink while having a great time with friends!

When and where does Rock the Nest “Trivia Night” take place?
Saturday, March 26th, 2011 at the Scoular Ballroom, right across the street from Central High School!

How does the event work?
You and your team will compete with every other team for trivia supremacy by answering questions during 6 rounds of ten questions each. Questions may have video clues, audio clues, or no clues at all! You can discuss every answer with your teammates before you submit your group’s answers for each round to our judges. Scores will be tallied and recorded so you will know where your team stands after each round.

How do I sign up for the event?

Not a problem! We will team you up with other individuals or small groups to form a full team of 8.
