Purchased computers and special software to track and maintain database of over 45K CHS constituents.

Utilize database to keep Central’s name alive.  Create awareness of events,  needs,  good news stories.  Invite constituents to events, thereby increasing attendance, sense of community,  income for Central and to group(s) hosting event(s).

Design and maintain CHS Foundation website for the Foundation and all groups also supporting Central.

Preserve the history of CHS through website “Memories”,  track relationships utilizing the software,  gather media information regarding constituents,  obtain and log historical artifacts,  etc.

Assist all reunion groups with contact information for classmates.  Provide address updates, mailing labels and bulk mail capabilities.

Relieve CHS administration of various tasks, such as individuals looking for genealogy/family information, former classmates, old friends.

Maximize efforts of volunteers, whose numbers are dwindling and harder to come by.

Provide CHS with funding for teacher grants, computers, technology and other learning enhancements for various departments.
